Update 48 

Added the prompt window to add new cards from the library to the deck after dragging the card into the deck. It will allow the player to select by the number of soldiers or the level size.

• Clicking Add to Deck will add the new card to the deck
• Also added functionality for the deck cards to remove them from the deck by dragging and dropping them on the library area
